Carol Rienstra
Founder & Creative Director
Carol Rienstra is the founder and creative director of Caralavi Farm, a historic flower farm and creative studio in Southeast Texas. A lifelong gardener and former Peace Corps Volunteer who taught sustainable agriculture in Zambia, Carol’s work is rooted in a deep love of flowers, gardens, stewardship, and seasonal living. When she is not in the garden, she can often be found dreaming with Allen, playing with their beloved daughter, Avie, or snuggling with their four dogs.
