Custom Orders
We would be honored to create something just for you. Not every meaningful moment calls for a grand celebration, sometimes it's a dinner with dear friends, a thoughtful gesture, or flowers simply because the season is too beautiful not to bring something fresh from the garden indoors. Our custom arrangements are designed one piece at a time, thoughtfully tailored to your occasion and created with the finest seasonal blooms from our gardens or complemented by carefully sourced flowers when a particular vision calls for them. A Few Things to Know
How far in advance should I inquire?
We recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date in mind, especially for weddings and larger celebrations. While we occasionally have availability for shorter timelines, early inquiries give us the greatest opportunity to bring your vision to life.
Do you use only flowers grown on your farm?
Whenever possible, our designs feature flowers grown here at Caralavi Farm. Because we believe each arrangement should perfectly reflect the occasion, we also thoughtfully source exceptional blooms when a particular flower, color palette, or season calls for it.
Do you deliver?
We offer local delivery for many of our floral offerings throughout Southeast Texas. availability and fees vary based on location and the nature of your order.
Are you available for weddings and private events?
We are honored to create florals for weddings, intimate celebrations, dinner parties, corporate gatherings, memorial tributes, and other meaningful occasions. Every proposal is thoughtfully tailored to your vision with the same care and attention we would give to our own loved ones.
Are your flowers available year-round?
Our gardens change with the seasons, as do the flowers we grow. Throughout the year, our designs reflect what is naturally flourishing, complemented by carefully sourced blooms when needed to achieve your desired look.
Can I visit the farm?
At this time, Caralavi Farm is not open for public visits. Our focus is on cultivating the gardens and creating beautiful floral experiences for our clients. We look forward to sharing one-of-a-kind experiences and opportunities to visit in the future as the farm continues to grow.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
Once we receive your inquiry, we'll review your event details, availability and then reach out to learn more about your vision before preparing a custom proposal designed specifically for your occasion.
Do you offer custom floral arrangements for gifts or everyday occasions?
Whether you're celebrating a birthday, welcoming a new baby, expressing sympathy, thanking a friend, or simply bringing flowers into your home, we'd be delighted to create something thoughtfully designed just for you. Offerings are available for convenient pick-up at K2 Cafe & Carryout in BEaumont.
Do you offer workshops or classes?
We are in the planning phase of designing a selection of seasonal workshops and creative gatherings centered around flowers, gardening, art, and thoughtful hospitality. We will announce new experiences as they become available.

Many of our clients come to us with an idea rather than a detailed plan. We'll guide you through the creative process, offering thoughtful recommendations and designing something that reflects both your vision and the beauty of the season.
